Getting tired of the state that your house or apartment is in? Or maybe you're planning on opening a venue and need someone to make sure it contains everything it needs? Hit me up for a consultation!I do not use makeplace for decorating, so my process is manually done and a bit on the "try until it works" side with a set theme/budget in mind. Nonetheless I am a fast and efficient worker and usually take under 10 hours, with my record having been 4h for a small house that I had complete creative freedom over.The bid for my services does not include the budget for the furniture. Your bid is for my work process of measuring your house, planning the layout through screenshots that are communicated with the client, getting any furniture that's purchaseable (account-bound furniture such as Society Quest-related ones need to be provided by the client) and decorating manually. Clients provide the budget for all furniture, the remaining gil of which will be returned after the project is done- either through the sale of unused furniture on the marketplace, or by simply returning it through a mannequin.Social media tag: #edensflowerhousing
PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
I will happily immortalize your fondest memories, be it alone or with friends/family!All pictures are edited manually in post (to fix clipping issues and/or add a more high quality feel to them), the more characters are in a picture or the more complicated the requested poses are the longer I may take to complete a request/commission.I also own a romance-themed photostudio, a forest themed café and an FC house with a ballroom, library + fae-themed bar that we can use for booked shoots.Ask for/Join my photography wifi! I will not be pairing with people directly unless I know them.I can do:

CUSTOM MAKEUP/TATTOO/SCAR TEXTURES
Missing your old glamorous makeup from before DT? Or maybe you have an idea but can't draw or don't know how to make texture edits? Fret not, because I can do it for you!Delivery may vary depending on how much effort needs to be put into fixing/drawing textures, especially if they're fully custom.
I always work hard to make sure the client is happy!Furthermore, old makeup extracted from pmp files may look different from the original due to me having to manually place and adjust the different parts of the face on the new texture map.I can do:

There are two ways I handle commissions:
1) The client shares references and/or descriptions of what they want to have done via discord. I send them continuous WIP screenshots for them to offer input and/or suggestions.
2) The client joins a discord call with me where I stream the process of drawing/editing in which they can offer feedback in real time. This method usually is a lot faster due to me not having to wait on DM replies.Should you win my services at an auction without reading the Cans and Cannots and then ask for something I cannot do, I will see myself forced to remind you of them and have you choose something that is possible from the list in replacement. My usual "payment after completion and before handing over the file" rule does not apply in the case of bids.More in my ToS below:
